EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

Our products are custom-made and tailored specifically to your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately after placing it. Cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins, typically within a 2 to 12-hour window, depending on our current production status.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. However, replacements may be considered under certain circumstances.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be issued under the following circumstances:
